Job Summary & Responsibilities
- This position will focus on creating and maintaining critical reports that help drive business decisions and help our clients visualize the story that their data is telling.
- Develop visual analyses and interactive dashboards that management can use to produce informed business decisions
- Develop and automate large data sets for the purpose of data mining, analysis, and reporting
- Data mining and analysis for ad hoc projects
- Analyze and defines tasks, data flows, and dependencies
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions
- Responsible for identifying and communicating design and scope issues to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field from an accredited college or university (master’s or MBA degree preferred) with working knowledge of topics such as computer science, statistics, econometrics, operations research, decision science and cloud computing
- A minimum of 2 years of data analytics experience with a professional services firm, technology firm, an internal strategy/analytics group, or similar environment
- Travels when required to fulfill tasks assigned – expectation is 15% travel, but may be more
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in SQL, data analysis, advanced excel and report development
- Excellent client interaction, problem solving and communication skills
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Ability to work independently and manage several simultaneous projects with a focus on results
- Strong understanding of data visualization and data storytelling.
- Strong analytical and data mining skills, with an aptitude for deriving and applying useful insights from data analytics, quantitative and qualitative research
- Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to understand future data needs and create a vision for how to meet those needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and business users in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital

Job Summary
As a Process Analyst, you will be responsible for forward-thinking data analysis at both the account level and across vendor strategies. You will directly contribute by giving recommendations on improving process performance to internal management as well as to clients and vendors.
With Healthfuse infrastructure, tools, and processes, all work performed by Process Analysts are completed from Healthfuse’s offices or remote locations. As a result, there is no travel requirement for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Account level auditing and data trend analysis
- Produce accurate reports in an easy to understand format for clients
- Responsible for evaluating next course of action based on auditing and analysis trends
- Invoice reconciliation
- Inventory reconciliation discrepancy auditing
- Call auditing
- Contribute thoughts and opinions on client and vendor calls and occasionally lead these calls
- Collaborate with Healthfuse Vendor Management Office team of analysts, auditors, advisors, managers and directors to identify and resolve issues negatively impacting optimal client outcomes
- Conduct industry research as required to formulate recommendations
- Develop client service skills and subject matter (healthcare finance) knowledge, including thorough knowledge of HIPAA
- Special Projects as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong MS Office skills; emphasis on high level of Excel knowledge and functions
Desired Qualifications
- 1.5+ Years of professional experience preferably relating to healthcare revenue cycle
- Tableau experience
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and credibility
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to find issues within a given process
- Critical thinking in the areas of data analysis and process flow; ability to assimilate vast amounts of data into a cohesive pattern
- High ethical standards and integrity
- Understanding of Healthcare terminology and work flow
- Knowledge of hospital patient payment accounting systems
