Position Summary
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for prospect outreach, brand awareness, account management, and overall sales support to help grow Healthfuse’s hospital network. You will work directly with our Director of Business Development and closely interact with our CEO. In this position, you will develop critical sales and client service skills required to establish a long-term career in the healthcare industry.
As a high-growth company, advancement opportunities abound for committed team members –within the marketing and sales, client service, and operations departments, including management positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting, by phone, to hospital finance executives, at the c-suite and VP level, to introduce Healthfuse
- Working within a competitive sales team of 4-5 people
- Conducting industry research and various sales and marketing campaigns
- Supporting Healthfuse executive leadership during business development/sales interactions, including call attendance and proposal generation
- Advancing prospects through defined sales stages
- Nurturing relationships with hospital executive prospects through needs assessments, documentation in Healthfuse’s CRM database, and timely follow-up
- Sales and client service skills development – through Healthfuse curriculum and self-accumulated content
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
