Nick Fricano

A healthcare finance and process improvement leader, Nick has served hospitals in a variety of roles over the last 20+ years. Prior to starting Healthfuse in January 2011, Fricano gained his healthcare finance experience on both the provider and consulting side, where he led strategic assessment and process improvement efforts for nearly 200 health systems nationwide. As CEO at Healthfuse, Fricano focuses the company’s efforts to deliver meaningful and measurable results for its clients—a network of 300+ hospitals across 32 states. Healthfuse’s compensation is directly tied to the results it delivers for hospitals; and this year, the company reached $1B in total bottom-line improvement for its clients. This focus on hospital-first results has placed Healthfuse on distinguished lists such as Inc. 5000 and The Future 50.

Heather Dunn
Heather Dunn joined Vanderbilt in 2017. As the Vice President and Chief Revenue Cycle Officer, Dunn leads all phases of the integrated revenue cycle, including Analytics, Performance Excellence, and Digital Transformation for the Vanderbilt Medical Group, hospitals, and ambulatory clinics. Before joining Vanderbilt, Dunn was the Executive Director of Revenue Operations and Clinical Coding at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. She directed and led a centralized revenue integrity and coding office. Dunn earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Informatics from New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire.

Greg Arnold
Greg Arnold is an effective and seasoned healthcare leader with a proven ability to motivate teams, improve performance and drive growth. He has led dynamic organization doing business in domestic and international markets. Greg has managed teams performing services for both vendor organizations and health care systems. He has +25 year specific to revenue cycle operations for both hospitals and physician groups. Greg is currently the Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle for NorthShore – Edward Elmhurst Health. Prior to joining here, Greg traveled extensively throughout the United States advising and supporting hospitals and physicians on centralizing operations, implementing new technologies and managing operations. Greg holds his Bachelors in Health Information Management from St. Louis University and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Troy University.
