Job Summary
Report directly to Healthfuse CFO. This role includes implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring compliance with Healthfuse policies, accounting and HR support, as well as office administrative responsibilities.
This role requires a self-starting, driven, passionate individual who also possesses excellent organizational skills and an ability to multitask across a broad set of tasks. Given Healthfuse’s rapid growth and this role’s direct exposure to Healthfuse leadership team, it is likely to be high paced with the opportunity for rapid advancement.

- Executive scheduling and administrative support
- Project management for Healthfuse strategic initiatives
- System administration, monitoring users and activity
- Monitoring compliance with Healthfuse policies
- Office management
- New employee onboarding
- Project based work depending on strategic needs of the company and Healthfuse leadership team

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Strong ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and credibility to those at an executive level
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other financial systems

- 2+ Years of professional experience preferably relating to executive coordination work
- Ability to work individually and within a team
- Possess strong IQ and EQ abilities to both problem solve and relate with clients and vendors
