Job Summary

With excellent organizational skills and an ability to multitask across a broad set of tasks, this position is responsible for executing the priorities of Healthfuse Executive Leadership Team, including the CEO, COO, CFO, and VP’s of Sales, Client Service, Marketing, and Operations. Reporting directly to Healthfuse CFO, the role includes monitoring compliance with Healthfuse policies, Accounting and HR support, and office administrative responsibilities. This role requires a self-starting, driven, passionate individual. Given Healthfuse rapid growth and this roles direct exposure to Healthfuse leadership team it is likely to be high paced with the opportunity for rapid advancement

 

Core Responsibilities

Near Term responsibilities

    • Executive scheduling and administrative support
    • Support for Audit testwork (SOC and GAAP)
    • Monitoring compliance with Healthfuse policies
    • Employee expense monitoring and purchasing support
    • Invoice processing
    • Accounts receivable reporting and support
    • Office management
    • New employee onboarding
    • Project based work depending on strategic needs of the company and Healthfuse leadership team

Significant room for growth including:

      • Accounting and financial reporting support
      • Human Resources support
      • Strategic initiatives (process creation/documentation)
      • Client reporting

Required Qualifications

  • High ethical standards and integrity
  • Competitive, motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and credibility to those at an executive level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other financial systems

 

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of professional experience preferably relating to executive coordination work
  • Ability to work individually and within a team
  • Possess strong IQ and EQ abilities to both problem solve and relate with clients and vendors
  • Ability to adapt and contribute to continuous improvement as the company grows and evolves to best meet client and company needs
