Job Summary

You have the unique opportunity to step into the role of an Operations Analyst, where your analytical skills will shine. You will manage and analyze data for up to six clients across four different report types, ensuring accuracy whether it is automated or manually entered. Your role is pivotal in providing innovative data analysis, and making impactful recommendations that enhance operational efficiency for our team and our valued clients.   • Hospital revenue cycle knowledge
  • Advanced analytical skills and methods
  • Proficiency using Epic HB/PB Resolute, Meditech, Cerner

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Generate and deliver Healthfuse’s monthly client reporting packages on time
  • Self-review internal and client-facing deliverables for high quality
  • Monitor incoming data files for accuracy, manually entering in data when necessary
  • Perform account level auditing and data trend analysis to identify and resolve issues negatively impacting vendors’ performance
  • Collaborate with other Healthfuse departments to develop performance improvement strategies for clients
  • Provide email or phone correspondence with clients and/or vendors regarding data file issue(s) or vendor performance escalations
  • Contribute to the advancement of our processes and hitting our goals
  • Travel expectation is up to 3 weeks per year

 

Reporting Requirements

  • Development and analysis of client value proposition
  • Development and analysis of client accounts receivable reporting
  • Development and analysis of vendor prospectus

 

Performance Measurement

  • Meet weekly reporting and client deliverable deadlines
  • Consistent accuracy in all reporting deliverables
