Job Summary

The Operations Analyst is responsible for all client and vendor specific reporting for up to 5 clients, which includes Statement of Values, Inventory Reconciliation, Invoice Certification, and Process Auditing. You will be responsible for forward-thinking data analysis at both the account level and across vendor strategies. You will directly contribute by giving recommendations on improving process performance to internal management as well as to clients and vendors.

 

Desired Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mathematics, healthcare administration or similar
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and comfort in decision making and in presenting recommendations
  • Health care revenue cycle knowledge
  • Advanced analytical skills and methods
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, Alteryx and other software applications
  • U.S. resident

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Customization and development of Healthfuse’s client reporting packages
  • Customization and development of Healthfuse’s client reporting packages
  • Account level auditing and data trend analysis
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Responsible for evaluating next course of action based on auditing and analysis trends
  • Collaborate with Healthfuse Vendor Management Office team of analysts, auditors, advisors, managers and directors to identify and resolve issues negatively impacting optimal client outcomes
  • Conduct industry research as required to formulate recommendations
  • Develop client service skills and subject matter (healthcare finance) knowledge, including thorough knowledge of HIPAA
  • Special Projects as required

 

Reporting Requirements

  • Development and analysis of client value proposition
  • Development and analysis of client accounts receivable reporting
  • Development and analysis of vendor prospectus

 

Performance Measurement

  • Meet weekly reporting and client deliverable deadlines
  • Consistent accuracy in all reporting deliverables
